The Corporate Membership Program is designed to make businesses part of the EANGMT team. Our goal is to encourage communications between military professionals and the business community, as well as aid in the mutual support of each entity. Your EANGMT Corporate Membership will help us meet one of our most important objectives: Why Corporate Membership? Corporate membership is a highly effective way to show your support for the Montana National Guard and its members. Many times, the National Guard is taken for granted and is underappreciated in its impact in our communities. The men and women of the National Guard live and work in Montana, attend our schools, drive our busses or sweep our streets. They may own the business down the street, teach our children, fix our vehicles or work in the local hospital. We may not know who they are, but we know that when they are called upon, they will be on the front-lines, leaving their loved ones behind to accomplish the mission. The mission of the National Guard used to be one of homeland security, natural disasters or civil unrest. However, we find ourselves being called up daily to take up the operations once reserved for the active duty components of the military. We are fighting in Southwest Asia, taking tours of duty in Bosnia, providing humanitarian aid in Africa, Panama and Honduras. We are no longer the National Guard of old, the much maligned “weekend warrior.” The National Guard of today is combat-ready, mission-ready and fighting along side our active duty counterparts. Businesses like yours can play a critical role in supporting your National Guard and the security of our state by partnering with the EANGMT through corporate membership. What is the EANGMT?We were formed to promote the welfare of Montana National Guard. We are 3000 Montanans who are both active and retired Air and Army National Guard members. We represent our citizen soldiers to guarantee the National Guard remains an effective defense element, emergency asset and mission-critical component for Montana and the United States of America. What we do.
