Please join the Enlisted Association by downloading and filling out the membership application.

Please send the completed application to Ronda or to any of the Executive Board Representatives.

Cost for a 1 year membership is as follows:

               E1 – E3:     $10.00
               E4 – E6:     $15.00
               E7 – E9:     $20.00
               ASSOC.:    $10.00

Lifetime Membership Application

Lifetime membership is also available. The cost is based on rank and age.
